Who is Eligible?
The typical DRC participant, is a male, non-violent, and in pre-trial status usually on drug-related charges. Every participant is subject to mandatory daily attendance and drug testing. Any offender who fails to adhere to the rules of the program is re-incarcerated. Such infractions include: excessive tardiness and absenteeism, new arrests, or disregard for DRC rules.
