Support Services The Support Services Department maintains commissary, laundry, sanitation and grounds maintenance and the Central Kitchen facility (which prepares and delivers more than 30,000 meals a day). Annually, the CCDOC prepares and serves 12,045,000 meals and processes 1.6 million pounds of laundry.
