On October 2nd, Mancilla was pulled over for a traffic offense and failed to produce a driver’s license or insurance, and was arrested as a result. During a custodial search, the officer noticed dozens of pornographic pictures of young children, naked and engaged in sexual acts, on Mancilla’s cell phone. Mancilla also had pornographic videos involving young children in his cell phone movie gallery. Mancilla said he got the pictures from someone he works with. Mancilla was taken into custody and charged. On November 10, 2010, Mancilla failed to appear in court.
