On April 17th, 2010, Shahzoor entered the victim’s restaurant on th 900 block of North Halsted Street and pointed a gun at him and bragged that he was going to shoot someone. Shahzoor then left the restaurant, but returned within a few minutes and fired two shots inside, striking the wall and a television. He then fled and got into a friend’s car. Police stopped the men a short while later. After Shahzoor bonded out of jail, he returned to the victim’s restaurant three times, making threats to the victim, even though the victim told him not to come back. On the third occasion, April 22nd 2010, an officer was present at the restaurant to talk to the victim when Shahzoor entered the premises. The victim pointed Shahzoor out to the officer, who took Shahzoor into custody.
